What an interesting day. My brother and his family are in town and we went to Seaside and Cannon Beach today at 9:45am, we were planning on stopping at Spririt’s bar to sit in as the kids are now old enough to go in a bar as they have never heard me play. As we are driving home and just going across the river to hit I 84 Randy Monroe calls me at 4:45, so you still planning on coming in, Yep, well the drummer can’t make it, you want to play tonight till 8pm ? Well, Waze says we will be at my house at 5pm, the gig is 5-8, how about we start at 5:30, sure. We arrive at my house, the Worth Clan become Roadies and load the van and at 5:20pm I was set up and we started at 5:25pm. We had a great time and they stayed the whole night and help me load in and unload at my house and they went to dinner and I am done.
